Welcome

ImageWe welcome you to QPIX Training, one of the national leaders in innovative, effective, industry focused screen training.  Our central position in the critical project of developing skills for the industry, and in developing the industry itself, is well understood nationally by the major screen organisations and the Australian Film Commission.

It has also been recognised in Queensland by the tertiary sector through articulation agreements for our graduates into their degree courses.  Similar agreements are now also being created into some international institutions.  The fact that our graduates are now directly entering the production and broadcast areas of the industry is further proof of the value of our courses.

QPIX Training currently taking enrolments for:

Diploma of Screen – part-time, 42 weeks

Studying with QPIX Training is serious, but it is also an adventure.  There can be no better way to learn...

ImageQPIX Training’s nationally recognised industry programs are designed to focus on the creative and entrepreneurial aspects of filmmaking.  We also provide strong, pragmatic training in the technical, manufacturing and administrative aspects of the process, but concentrate closely on the origination, development and delivery of product designed for the industry.

In addition to this highly focused approach, QPIX Training also enjoys a partnership with QPIX, the state screen development centre.
QPIX’s unique mix of production programs and production-based services functioning within the same environment as our training, means students are never far from the realities, the work-a-day detail, and the excitement of creating production.  At QPIX Training, students learn through production more than they learn about production.

This is the QPIX Training difference.
